Pub 2002 - Start Page numbering from a number other than 1

In Publisher 97, I was able to start page numbering from a number other than
one (1) by using the Tools_Options_'Start with Page', however I can not find
how to do this in Publisher 2002. Can anyone help me with this?

Go to menu INSERT then SECTION.
