Pub 2003 New Publication Wizard Errors

I have Office 2003 pro on Win XP with all win and office
updates installed.

Recently I try to us a document template in the new
document wizard and it'll show the page, some empty boxes
and pop up a message "publisher cannot complete this
operation". There is no further information.

I tried detect and repair, tried de and re installing
both to no gain. Help please.

Have you tried in safe mode? You may need to upgrade your video driver.

Thanks for the reply, but tried both, neither worked.
This is a recent problem, it's worked fine for months.
All hardware is 'built for XP'. I can't think of any
recent changes I've made that would effect this. Anyway,
it seems to get halfway through creating the page from
the template with the text boxes setup and in some cases
some of the graphics. There's a screen shot here:

Is this the only template that fails? I cannot discern from your image which template
it is.

I am having trouble with all the templates (atleast the 8
or so I've tried).

I am also getting help on the private newsgroup for
partners so if you want to follow there that'd be great
too.
