Pub 2007 Web Design

Is there anything new in web design with Pub 2007 ?

I recall Pub 2003 created B L O A T E D web sites ... has this been solved?

The html coding engine is much the same in Pub 2007. If you felt the code
was too bloated in 2003, then I doubt that you would feel differently with
2007.
