Pub web design into e-newsletter?

I have been tasked with creating a htm e-newsletter for
work. Can one take a pub file saved as htm and embed in
an email? Please feel free to email be an answer as well

Thanks for the reply. It works however the newsletter is 2 pages and it
only sends the first page! How do I get it to send both pages?
