Pub97 Wordart

When I use Wordart I can't SHIFT to another line. I use the command Shift
Enter. When I do this I get boxes such as boxes from insert symbol. I'm
not using symbols!
Any fixes? Thanks Bob

Why shift-enter? Can you simply enter? Does this happen with all fonts? I cannot
reproduce this, could be you have some corruption in the WordArt module. Insert your
setup disk and re-install or repair the installation.

Shift Enter has been the command for page break and nothing to do with
WordArt.

Ctrl Enter has been the standard command to shifting to a new line in Tables
etc. but never in WordArt.

What?! CTRL+Enter has been Page Break for as long as I can remember
Shift+Enter is Line Break, which can be used to reduce the gap between lines
if you have paragraph spacing turned on.
It seems, however, that it doesn't apply in WordArt.

Alright already so it's just ENTER. No matter it still won't shift just
puts in boxes on the same line. I've reinstalled it deleted it then
reinstalled it. Maybe i should bite the bullet and upgrade. I'vs had
nothing but trouble since I installed it with windows XP. Had no trouble
with win 98.
I like win XP except with Pub.
