Public Address book missing, but appears on other computers?

3 computers using Windows XP, Outlook 2003. A shared address book created in
public folders appears on 2 machines only. I thought all folders in public
folders-all computers can see them? I've checked admin rights on address book
and can't see any reason for it not showing up?
