Public Calendar

Shelby

We currently use a public calendar for all staff. It works fine for everyone apart from one user.
Whenever she adds to the calendar it only views on her pc. It doesn't replicate to everyone else's.

I thought it may have something to do with caching but it isn't checked and is set up the same for all if us.

Please help, many thanks

Hi Diane

Sorry I didn't have the full info when I posted my first problem.

The items are replicating however the color categories that she has selected for the items are not she can only view them.

If someone else uses the color categories it doesn't replicate to her.

Not sure if I've explained myself well enough.

Are the items she creates marked private? Can you see them using OWA?

colors are user-specific. The category name should be visible to everyone
(and colored white), just not the colors. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.asp for tools that you can use to
share color categories.
