Public contact folders - Entourage and Outlook

Hello,

I have a MacBook Pro, version 10.5.6 (Leopard), Processor 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. I have installed Entourage 2008 for mac (version 12.0.0). I need to find a way to solve 2 problems asap. Everyone in my company is using windows and outlook, and we share calendars and public folders where everybody insert contacts (to send newsletters, etc). I cannot have access to public folders or other people calendars, I really tryed to find a way lot's of times but couldn't until now. Can someone help me please?
