Public Contact logged journal entry in a Public Journal folder

I would like to create a Journal to Contact action from a public contact
folder and record/save it in a default Public Journal entry folder on the
exchange server.

I have found a code that allows me to create a new journal entry from
scratch and it is saved in the public folder, but when I choice to create a
Journal to Contact it is saved in my Mailbox Journal folder. Is there any
quick and easy remedy for this.
