Public Documents site not valid

I recently installed Project Server 2003 and Project Pro 2003 and am trying
to use it. this is the first time I have used the product.

Everything so far works but when I go to Project Web Access, open a
published poject, and try to go to Current project workspace I get the
message:

The SharePoint site for this project has not been created.

Publish a project to Project Server or contact your server administrator.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

To see what the problem is I went to the Admin page of PWA and chose "Manage
Winsows Sharepoint Services" From there I can see that I still need to
setup on my server these 2 url:

http://MYSERVER:16159/sites

http://MYSERVER:16159/sites/MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments

Where do I need to do these tasks?

It seems that you are missing Microsoft SharePoint Services. Once you install WSS (can be downloaded from microsoft.com) it will create a site for Public Documents. And when you publish the project it will create a site for the project documents as well.
