Public Folder Address book not showing up under "Select Names From: dropdown

Hello, I needed to have a company wide contact list to share contacts to all
users. I followed the instructions listed here:
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF018.html

I actually created the folder and made it an address book some two months
ago but didn't get back to finishing it until now so I can't see any
replication issue going on here.

Everything works fine on my machine, I can see the new "Contacts Lists"
under "Select names from" dropdown but no one else can. I've followed the
instructions and double checked them.

Can anyone tell me why the public folder address list does not appear? What
did I do wrong?
