I'm using Outlook 2003 and use a shared public folder along with several of
my workmates.
The folder is used to receive mails and fills up quickly so we'd ideally
like to use autoarchive, the problem is, when highligting the folder and
selecting file>archive, and entering a path, we receive the message 'The
selected folder cannot be archived'.
My question is this: is it possible to archive public folders? and if so, how?
