public folder for contacts

Hello everyone,

I use Outlook 2007 through Exchange Server 2003.

I created a public folder for contacts.

I want to use the categories to contacts (colors). But
when I assign a category (for example red) to contact but my colleagues did
not collect information on their Outlook 2007.

Can you help me please?

Category colors are per user in Outlook 2007.
