public folder in contacts

We have recently installed Outlook 2003 and are unable to have our public
contacts in the contacts navigation pane.

In effect what I would like is that if I open my contacts in the navigation
pane, then I should have my personal contacts and also the public contacts

Users will need to add the folder to Public Folders\Favorites.
