public folder not synching all calendar information to favorites

We have a public calendar folder created in Exhange 2003. We have this
folder copied to our Favorites folder in Outlook so we can work with the
calendar offline. For some reason, some of the entries, which are in the All
Public Folders calendar are not seen in the Public Folders Favorites folder.
When we synch, the synch seems to work with no errors. Any ideas on what is
going on here?
