I am using Office XP Pro and Exchange 2000.
I would like to make a form or a template that is like a Word form. By the
term form I mean a file that looks something like a Word form where users can
only fill out certain areas with text or make choices from a drop down menu.
Most importantly I would like this completed form to be posted in a specific
public folder. It should be posted so that users can read it in the exchange
foler (via OUtlook or web Outlook) by viewing the message and not by having
to double click an attachement?
Is this possible? If so what is the simplest method to achieve such a tasks?
Thanks,
Alan
