Public Folders problem

I have a client who could not read posted messages in some of our Public
Folders. I reloaded Outlook (2000 SP3) and this fixed the problem for a
couple of folders, but there is still one he can not access. We are running
Exchange 2000, and Windows NT 4 (with all updates) on the client. and as I
said above Outlook 2000 SP3. Any help would be appreciated.
