Public Folders

As it pertains to Exchange and Outlook 2002, my firm has
created several Public Folders for sharing client Contact
information. We have also created Public Journal
Folders. However, we are having difficulty figuring out
how to get Activities (email, etc.) to automatically
show/update withing a specific clients Contact. Nor can
we get a Journal to show in the Public Contact Folder.
Any time we try to create a Journal when we are in a
Public Contact Folder it stores it in the local PST file
not in the Public Journal Folder. Basically, I want any
Activity or created Journal Entry to automatically save
to my Public Contact Folders. How do I prevent anything
from being saved to the local PST file on a client
workstation? Everything needs to go in a Public Folder
or an Inbox on the Exchange Server not the local PST file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated; it's driving me
crazy!
