If your default delivery location is on the Exchange server, your calendar
is automatically shared, I believe. You can also modifiy the permissions on
your folders to allow different levels of access.

Frankly, I don't know where it will appear, but I doubt if it will be in any
public folder. They should be able to access it via File>Open>Other User's
Folder.

No, that's the command for opening a default folder from another user's
mailbox. Public folders appear under the Public Folders\All Public Folders
hierarchy in the Folder List.

That's not the question, though. Of _course_ public folders appear in the
public folders hierarchy. However, the OP asked: "So if i give permissions
to others [to access my Calendar and Tasks], it will show up in their public
folders?" I said I didn't think so, but that the "Other User's Folder"
might be the way to see them. So, Sue, how does one see someone else's
Calendar and Tasks?

That's what I was trying to say, but obviously didn't finish the thought:
Only public folders show up in the Public Folders. For other users' mailbox
default folders, Other User's Folder should do it!

Copy the calender from any profile to the public folder ( you can copy your
calender too) then give permission to that calender in the public folder.

Now those users can see the calender according to the permissions set.

hope this helps you
Cheers
