Public form folder question

Since I cannot publish my custom forms to the
Organizational Folder, can I creat a public folder and
publish my custom forms there instead? I tried but the
folder is not visiable from Outlook. Thanks.

Publishing the form to a public folder would work only if the items that use
that form are in that folder, which isn't likely with mail messages. A mail
form for enterprise-wide use needs to be in the Organizational Forms
library.
