Publish a subweb to another subweb

Hi-

Has anyone seen this error when publishing one subweb to another
subweb on a FrontPage server:

Could not find a web server at 'servername' on port 80. Please check
to make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings
are set correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the
web server may be temporarily out of service.

It could also say the same thing except the port number would be 443
if you are using SSL.
