publish a website with Microsoft Publisher 2000

I am trying to publish my site using the directions from the help menu using
FTP. It tells me to click File - Save as webpage - and in the Look In box
click FTP locations. I have already added my FTP location. But when I go to
Save as webpage, I don't have a Look IN box I have a Save In box...what am I
supposed to do...
