publish delayed

Hello

We have been using Epm 2003 for 2 years now. Suddenly, without any change in
our infrastructure nor in our set up, when we publish a project, it takes
very long time and we need to publish several times before seeing new
information in PWA.

Any idea what to be checked please.

None. No log. Do you have any description of technical steps with a publish:
ie: a command to be executed in a queue etc so we can trace?

Hi TP,

no not really. Essentially what happens xml files are pushed to a folder
called "Drop". Project Server then has a polling process where it works
through the xml files. can you check if this drop folder has many xml files.
You should find it under the Project server folder ( sorry dont have an image
here to check).
