publish error.

When trying to publish a project to a server, I get the
following error message: "You are trying to publish on a
non-enterprise project to Microsoft Project Server. The
administrator settings on the server do not allow you to
publish non-enterprise projects."

Which settings need to be changed to allow publishing?
