Publish error

This was working fine until recently... Project Server 2003
on a 2k server and Project Pro 2002 on local. When I try
to publish anything now, I get:
"error while trying to access Microsoft Project Server.
This could be caused by the following:
-low memory
-some componenets might not be installed or registered
properly on your computer.
-some components might have become unstable"

I tried both of the suggestions that followed (close
programs, reboot) and neither worked, so it's obviously not
a low memory issue.
If I go to Project Server Web Access and check the project
back in, it updates with no problem.
What is going on? Has anything else since this specific
error?

Never mind, I fixed this myself by rerunning the
installation and choosing "repair". Works fine now.
