publish Excel file in IE6

Hi all,

I am using:

Windows 2000 Pro
IIS 5.0
Excel 2000 SP3
IE6 SP1

A frameset web page with Buttons (hypelinks only) on top
frame and content page on bottom frame. The bottom page
used to display Excel files.

Problem:
1. When click buttons Excel file displayed on the content
frame but get frozen immediately - have to click refresh
button or click any other program to make it activate.

2. If click the same button twice by accident (the same
file display action), bottom frame crashed, blank display.

Strange:

In IE 5 I have never ever have problem 1 (Excel file get
frozen), for problem 2 IE 5 gives me option (as I am
trying open the same file). But IE 6 caused all the
problem.
