Publish fails at 93%

I have a project that fails to publish after reaching the 93% mark. It saves
correctly. The error id that I get is 23000(0x59D8).

I checked the log files on the server and find that it is giving me messages
referring to "SummaryResourceAssignments failed on project xxxx". It also
indicates a "System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of
the array" message. The system attempts 10 retries of this operation and
then fails.

What really is this telling me and how can I correct? I can post more of
the log file messages if needed.

Chances are likely that this is a corrupt assignment. This problem is

I've just read that thread and it does seem to be exactly what we're
experiencing. I checked with the PM and they did add a resource to a task
that had already started. Luckily she remembered what task it was as there
are over 7000 tasks in this plan.
