PUBLISH IN FRONTPAGE - 32 BIT PROCESSING REQUIRED HOW

When I try to publish my web, I get an error message "http server requires 32
bit processing" - the screen offers me assistance and I follow the procedure
but I still cant publish my web - how do I resolve this problem?

Post the URL to the web/site, it might help someone figure out whats going
on. Sounds like server is mucked up to me.
