Thanks David,
I need to re-phrase my question:
I need to host my own web-site on my own server? - what do Ineed to be able
to do that (which software and where I can find the instruction to setup the
server software and then I can publish and host my web-site)
I also got static IP address.
Please advice.

That is way beyond my knowledge. Try googling for "setup a web server". That
seems to pull up some information that might lead you to an answer.
