Hello

I noticed that user who have priviliges of team member they are not able to
see assigned task to them in "My Task". However project manager are able to
see his task inder "My Task", is there something I am missing?

I have also published the project but I don't see it under Open file/ store
published but only under working.


Let me guide, how can I resolve this issues?

This issue occurs when your Project Server administrator fails to specify a
value in the Default Assignment Owner for each resource in the Enterprise
Resource Pool. Your Project Server administrator will need to navigate to
the Resource Center page in PWA, select the option checkbox to the left of
each resource, and then click the Edit Details button. For each resource,
he/she must select the resource's own name in the Default Assignment Owner
field. This actions causes project tasks to appear on each resource's My
Tasks page instead of the project manager's My Tasks page. After the
Project Server administrator finishes this very important step, the PM
should open the project in question and republish it.

Regarding your second question, you don't need to open the project in the
Published database. Open the one in the Working database, as that is the
production copy of the project. Hope this helps.
