publish recipient list

As the admin, I have one PM who wishes to add/delete the names of recipients
receiving updates for her project. I see the global notifiction reminder
area within customize the PWA, but I need to see the list of recipients. I
am assuming this is a distinct configurable list ....or is this list
"married" to the active resource list??

Are you talking about task notifications or WSS site notifications for
documents etc ?

This is not a task notification process. The process is as follows: the PM
makes edits to the schedule, when edits are complete PM then hits
collaborate, publish, publish project plan. The plan is then sent to her
old boss. She wants to reset that name to her new boss. Should be a simple
step. Old boss is not a named resource and not part of a resource group.
Please advise.
