Publish Site with NO Animation

Why is it, after I published my website, all animation as stopped.
These are animated gif files.

....plus, if you have a firewall such as ZoneAlarm installed, check the
settings to make sure the animations haven't been restricted.

Yes it was zonealarm.
I should of known, it was the second time I got caught with that one.
