Publish (Task Field) data

If I set a Publish Task filed to "NO" and there are actuals for that task,
will it report those actuals?

Example: I work on a task for 2 hours, log my time, the task is approved
and the PM sets the Publsih task field to NO after all work is completed.
When we run reports, will that 2 hours of actual work be accounted for in
Data Analyses?

The actual work recorded will still exist in the database. Publish task just
determines if the task is going to be pushed out for user update. The updates
already recorded will not be affected.
