You need to publish via FTP, in FP, File Menu | Publish Web, then enter ftp://ftp.domainname.com or
whatever the provides as the correct path. Note, FP can not connect via FTP to some server, because
of the way the host has it configured, in those case you have to use a 3rd Party FTP application.
You will not be able to use any feature or function of FP that requires the run-time extensions,
such as the FP Form Handler (from that send email, write to a file), Discussion Web, Guest Book, Hit
Counter, nor will you be able to ever work on the site live directly from within FP.
You will also have problems if you use themes, shared borders, etc. if you ever loose your local
copy and have to retrieve your site from the server, the configure info is not available on servers
that do not have the extensions.
To get the most out of using FP, it is best to switch to a host that supports the FP extensions.
