Publish to Microsoft Word (Format Problem)

When I publish an Access report to Word I lose all of the
line formatting for the report. Does anyone know how to
keep the line format in the Word document?

The only way I have found to retain a nice lookig report is to send
everything in 'snapshot' format. This requires that all recipients have the
snapshot viewer program.

One advantage or disadvantage (depending on how you look at it) is that
reports sent in this format are display only. They can't be modified and
then reprinted.

The problem with using this method is that the file needs
to be in a format that can be edited. Do you have any
other ideas? Thanks!
