Publish to the Web

I have been successfully maintaining a website for several years using
Publisher 2003. More recently (I switched to IE8) I have had problems in
publishing to the web. First I had a problem with the navigation bar not
working, but thanks to several postings here, I have fixed it. Although I am
able to log into the host site, I am not able to upload the revised publisher
file. Is there anything strange going on with IE8 and Publisher. Thanks.
