Publish to web

When I try publishing a site Publish Web link is greyed
out? how do I get it so I can publish my site to the web?

Make sure you have your web open in FrontPage.
( probably not necessary, but I usually have the
home page open in the editor also )

"On the File menu, click Publish Web."

Perhaps I wasn't clear? when I try to click on "On the
File menu, click Publish Web." It's greyed out making it
impossible to click on publish to the web!

I also searched the web and did read the help files and
found nothing on greyed out options in FP!
