Publish unsuccessful

Hi, I am working on Project server 2007 with PWA. Our PM published updates of
a project from Project Professional. It shows publish 100% completed but then
a notification said:

"Your CreateWssSite job failed. Its current state is FailedNotBlocking. It
was 0% complete. It entered the queue at 11/03/2008 15:02:36.

To get more information about the job failure, please go to Project Web
Access. Select Personal Settings from the left menu. Then select My Queued
Jobs.

The errors returned from the queue are as follows:
Error ID: 16404
Error ID: 26000

Detailed error below - send it to the administrator for more detailed
troubleshooting.

You can do the following:
1. Try troubleshooting using the error IDs, error XML.
2. Contact administrator with your jobID
(0d41071c-5120-4764-b2de-d9a2b559a957) and error XML."


I tried to access project work space of this project, it went to an error
page. But other projects work fine. I tested its workspace link from Server
Setting_Project workspace, it doesn't work too. In this situation, what can I
do? If I create new workspace for this project, system asked me to delete
existing one and then create new one. will this new workspace inherite all
elements as documents, risks, project progress...

Complementarity information:

I even can not delete the workspace of this project. (I can delete other
project's workspace and it will be re-created automatically when I publish
it)

Have you altered the WSS template? If so, did you use a "clean" template or
one already created from publishing a project? If the later then this will
certainly be causing you problems and I'd suggest re-creating the template
from an unattached site.

You can manually delete the site link from the published database, from
memory it's the "wss site" column in the MSP_Projects table.

I deleted workspace directly from sharepoint, and recreate one. it works now
