Publish Web error

Hi, I just upgraded to FrontPage 2002. I'm getting an
error when I try to upload a page with themes. It seems
invariabl there's a file missing. For instance, I tried
to apply the Classic theme and as soon as I add a page
banner, the upload fails with a file not found error for
a GIF. Searching for the GIF reveals it seems to be where
it should be. Would appreciate any advice.

I've done a complete remove and reinstall and updated to
the latest service pack.

If you are not publishing w/ FP (to "upload")
make sure you upload the _hidden folders _derived and _themes
