publish web on top of web

Desperate here.
1 computer crashed
2 put FrontPage on another computer
3 downloaded my website to new computer
www.wrought-iron-solutions.com
4 the downloaded site lost all links and text in left hand
navigation bar
5 also lost the "theme" on the pages and they are now
white on the downloaded site
6 rewriting the site on the new computer in a different
file
7 once the new web is written, how do I upload it to my
domain name, and delete the information that is currently
in the nether regions of the Internet?

Hi Vicki: How did you download site to new computer, you needed to do File,
Publish to new computer to keep theme, navigation, etc intact.

Does the website still work?

If so, please tell us step-by-step how you went
about "downloading my website to new computer". My guess
is you used File | Import whereas you should have used
File | Publish (from website to new computer) which would
bring navigation, themes, etc. over to your new computer.

If not, you will have to recreate the themes and
navigation on your PC and get your site working on the
PC. Then blow away your website (or have your provider do
it for you). Then File | Publish from your PC to your
provider.

How did you perform step 3?

The correct approach is to:

1. Open the remote site in FrontPage.
2. Choose Publish Web from the File menu.
3. Specify the location for your new working copy.
