Publish Web Option Grey

When trying to publish to a web, the option is grayed out
in the menu. I recently moved front page to a different
computer, so it's a new install for me.

Any help would be appreciated

What happens when you use File | Publish Web and input the URL as
http://www.mywebsite.com (substituting the correct URL)?

Also, if you moved to a different computer, you must do a FULL publish the
first time to get your FP and webs back in synch.
