I have a database that is used in Access 97 and 2000. I maintain it in 97
and convert for the other users.
One of the reports is used by someone who always had Access 97 until last
week; she "Published it with Microsoft Word" and edited the file to keep a
manager happy (another story!).
This week she used the Access 2000 version but in Word the report is taking
the first of two detail lines and repeating some of the information before
printing the second line, so instead of this:
3214481 Used: $5,043.61 $0.00 $5,043.61 56.8%
Awarded: $8,380.16 $500.00 $8,880.16
it prints this:
3214481 Used: $5,043.61 $0.00 $5,043.61
Used: $0.00
56.8%
Awarded: $8,380.16 $500.00 $8,880.16
I converted the database again but we get the same results publishing to
Word.
The report is 9" wide with 1" margins, landscape. There are no extra fields
in the control source or report.
What could be causing this in ACC2000 but not ACC97?
Thanks,
Mich
