Publish97 Error Msg

I get an error mssg every time I open from the shortcut
on

the desktop. I have reinstalled Pub 3 times to no avail. I
am running XP Home on a new e-machine and my old Publisher
documents, copied over from my old computer, work fine.

The error msg follows:

undialog.cppLine:1396

Abort Retry Ignore

The ignore button just causes it to pop up again. As I
stated, when opening and old doc in my copied folder, all
is well.
Any advice would be very welcome.
Also when I put in my product ID for my application on The
online support pages, I get that # not sold in US. I
bought it, in the US. Either at Comp USA or Office

Depot, Circuit City or Best Buy.

Are you using the same shortcut? Can you open Publisher from the start menu?
Disable Norton when you install.
Have you tried starting in Safe Mode?
Publisher saves printer information within its publications. Try disabling your
printer before opening the program.
I cannot find one mention of this error anywhere.

Do you have a product called "ZoomText"?
This is the only site I could find that mentions undialog.
