Published project shows up everywhere but Portfolio modeler

I have 6 published projects on the project server which I
can access, update, modify, view and change tasks etc. in
PWA. There are 2 of these projects that do not show up
in the Modeler in the available projects box.
What did I miss in the publishing process that thwy would
not be available to the modeler?
Projects were published from Project Professional
using "Collaborate" menu publish all information with
setting set for publishing to the server.
Any help is appreciated.

Was your cube built before those two projects were
published?

Updating the cube shows them.
