published website is "stretched out" and resizing itself

Please help.... I am using FrontPage 2003 with tables built into all my
pages. I recently switched to a widescreen notebook computer, and viewed my
site online to find it a mess. How can I "lock" the pages before uploading
them so that they will remain the same size when they are viewed online
without getting distorted?

Another strange this is happening...my live site looks normal with all the
photos when viewed on my old computer, but on the new notebook, some of the
photos are missing on the live site. (no little x or anything, just plain
missing from the page)

1) You can use fixed width tables to lay out your web site for consistency.

2) did you import your images into your web before inserting on a page and
saving?
3) Does your new laptop have WinXP Service Pack 2? Many changes:
