Published Workspace Updater Utility??

Does anyone know if a utility exists that will allow me to propogate changes
to existing project published workspaces eg a change in a List drop down
value or a new list to be applied to all "in-flight" workspaces.?

Are you in Project Server 2007/WSS 3.0?

If so, consider using "Content Types" and "Site Columns". These two
features work together to allow you to control things like common lookup
fields at the top level and have changes propagate automatically to all
sites using these custom content types and site columns.
