Publisher 2002 cannot open Pulisher 2000 file

Customer just sent file from Publisher 2000 and get error message that
Publisher cannot open file when trying to open in Publisher 2002. Have
already disaabled Norton anti virus for script and office plugin. Both
operating ssyetems are XP.
