Publisher 2002 & clipart

Anytime I attempt to insert clipart into Publisher it becomes unresponsive.
Is there anything that can be done about this?

Do you get an error? Is Publisher unresponsive or the Organizer? Maybe your cache is
full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
