I can't seem to insert pictures into my articles. I
can't even draw a picture frame with handles to resize
like I did with Publisher '98. When I click on the
picture frame tool and try to draw a frame, nothing
happens. And even if I could, I can't find most of the
clipart or their categories.
Can anyone help?
