Publisher 2003 moves very slowly -- Please help

Hi everyone -- I have a publisher file that originated in Publisher 2003. I
am using Publisher 2003. The file is two MB. At some point during its
creation it began changing from page to page really, really slowly (maybe 20
seconds). The file does not have many graphics -- it is mostly text.

It has 7 embedded images, four with the extension .emz, 1 jpeg, 1 gif, and
one WMF. None is larger than 70KB, most much smaller. It is about 40 pages,
mostly text.

All other publisher files move quickly for me.

I'm really in a tight spot -- can anyone help me?

Where did you get the .emz files? Have you tried decompressing the files with
WinZip?
